Here is what you are missing if you don't follow me on instagram or the dreaded FB..I really like instagram better!

What tostada defines your eating style? 

Are you a picky eater and just want beans and cheese?

Do you like everything topped with a sunny side up egg? 🍳(Black beans, pork, avocados,onions, radishes, cilantro with a dash of Marie Sharps?)

Maybe your a vegetarian and just want all the veggies..actually it is vegan too cause there is no queso

Or are you a meat and cheese🐖 kind of a person? Loaded with double carnita meat and queso fresco 

You could be a mutant and wouldn't eat a bite of any of it because its a fried corn tortilla

This is why Sophia is my over achiever. She wrote this poem for her English class, she then drew a picture inspired by shel silverstein. If you read poem, you will know it is "her" leaning against the tree, her younger self.is catching the apple.

When I was very young, I would walk on all fours and not my feet. 

I would cry and cry, then go to sleep.

When I was very young, I would ask for my teddy bear,

Over and over again till my parents could not bare.

When I was very  young life seemed simple,

And I wouldn’t have to constantly worry about getting a pimple.

When I was very young,  I was as delicate as  a flower,

And I would do my own thing, hour by hour.

When I was very young I could sleep in until noon,

And my parents wouldn’t force me to go outside in June.

When I was very young, lullabies would be sung,

And I would drift away when a church bell was rung.

When I was very young my biggest fear was falling. 

Now that I’m older I am searching for my calling.

When I was very young I had very little knowledge,

Now look how far I’ve come, soon I’ll be off to college.
