boy oh boy..I think Spring is my favorite time of the year..for alot of reasons. Sure, you have all of the new life coming forth as buds sprout and new beginings happen. But it is also when you can really fire up the grill too! Not to hot, not to cold..just right.
First we marinate the Shrimp and Veggies. Lots of fresh thyme, fresh rosmary TONS OF GARLIC! and of course olive oil with fresh cracked pepper (picutres are enlarged to show flavor and texture ;)
Skewer then add to grill
Take in the smell and sights!
Eat, then smile!
