Positive thinking isn't denial; it's the accurate realization that we don't know everything and therefore, ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE...

The City Museum in St. Louis

..Greetings..I hope that you all are doing well. I had my sugeory on the 15th...and boy oh boy..You know when they said it was "OUT PATIENT" I figured I would be up and going the next day. WRONG! I am just now starting to feel "recovered" Thank you so much for your prayers and well wishes, Very much appreciated indeed.

On Valentines day we hit the City Museum in St. Louis. Oh my, wanna talk about a playground for your eyes, hands plus the 5 story slide inside to make you feel like a kid again!

We had so much fun, wish we could have stayed just a wee bit longer to take it all in. I snapped several pictures and also made a new You Tube Video.

Here are some of my favortive Photos...it was really hard to choose*****please be sure to mute the music on the music bar on the left of the page if you are going to watch the video here ;)*******

We Played!!

I played instead of doing work yesterday

We went to Grants Farm (owned by Anheuserbush)

It is just the right size, not to big nor to small, but we did have to sit in traffic for over an hour! they said it had never been so busy..

I am so happy! I enjoyed the day with my kids..this they will remember, and not me checking my emails or sewing, painting, laundry..etc...

As far as today goes, I woke up with butterflies in my stomach! I love the 4th. Gonna take me a quick bath have some coffee and go to the parade. We still have not decided if I will cook this year..since I played yesterday I do have to work somewhat!

Have a most glorious 4th

About a month ago, I took my wild animlas to the zoo, so they could see the wild animals.

The Great Wide Open

Missouri is truly a gorgeous state...The beauty that abides here in the "Show Me State" is breath taking. I often think I take it for granted. So, whilst on my home from dropping the kids off at Nanna's house, I had to pull over and shoot this picture of the drive that was before me. I just kept hearing the Tom Petty song run through my head "The great wide open "
